Sam is a recently retired professional soccer player that spent two years in the NWSL after playing Division I soccer at James Madison University. After her time in the NWSL she played two and a half seasons in Europe.
She had spent the last four years of her playing career focusing on developing an effective meditation tool to minimize performance anxiety and play to the highest level. Due to being a multi sport athlete growing up, she has the skills and knowledge to reach a wide range of athletes with her carefully developed meditation methods.
